npm v12 security changes

What happened?

with the release of npm v12 in July we need to update our package.json as we need to allow various packages to run scripts

  vue-demi@0.14.10 (install: (install scripts present))

  core-js@3.48.0 (install: (install scripts present))
  cypress@15.14.1 (install: (install scripts present))
  esbuild@0.27.4 (install: (install scripts present))
  vue-demi@0.13.11 (install: (install scripts present))

There may be other changes required as mentioned in the blog post

Hi @brianteeman, I'd like to work on this issue. I'll investigate the npm v12 changes and verify what updates are required for Joomla's frontend tooling and configuration. If no one is already working on it, I'll prepare a PR for review.
