Pass custom headers to vault requests

I have the requirement to pass some additional headers to every request that is made against vault. Im using Cloudflare Zero Trust, which is currently not working because of missing headers I need to provide (`cf-access-token`).

I will start to implement this and open a PR. I think it should be quiet simple as the underlying `vault-client-go` library supports providing headers as needed.
