node-gyp update needed

New nodejs uses node-gyp instead of node-waf (currently node-waf is used in this project). Could you update installation scripts to use node-gyp .

See issue #13, updating the version of bcrypt appears to resolve the issue of installing for me. I am using the published npm version and the package builds correctly now with my changes.
