Idea: Add support for scaling the overlays to 720p/1440p/4K, as well as 4/3 aspect ratios (when relevant)

As a streamer or VOD creator, I want to be able to use the TSH layouts with browser source resolutions other than 1080p and have them scale properly. Commonly used resolutions include:

-16/9 resolutions:

• 1920x1080
• 1280x720
• 2560x1440
• 3840x2160
• 4/3 resolutions
  • 1440x1080
  • 960x720
  • 640x480
  • 1920x1440
  • 2880x2160
