miscellaneous UI improvements

• scatterplot: scrolling too slow when scaling is small
• scatterplot: rescale scatter when custom x and y axis are selected
• status bar of projection: pause/stop sign are not doing anything -> remove buttons
• status bar of projection: while projection is running, show a rotating/loading symbol to let user know that they have to wait
• encoding: when clicking “x” at any input box it should be reset to “None”
• encoding: default size of points sometimes too small -> make default depend on how many points are shown
• tabular: toggle between views not obvious -> tell user that they can switch between several views
• Remove algo and objectType from dropdowns (if not filled)
