Allow mass-deleting tooling objects (specifically flow versions) #1391
Description
Support is pretty limited, but some entities (specifically Flow aka flow version) allow deletion via api this is something someone would want to do.
This is supported by SFDC inspector according to https://salesforce.stackexchange.com/questions/314524/mass-delete-flow-and-flow-versions

Maybe separate from this feature, we should consider supporting data loads to tooling objects - support it probably somewhat limited - would likely needs docs or in-app help
