Add 30fps and Codec Options When Preparing Download

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Videos that run at 60fps are file size extensive that can be divided in half to save hard drive space. For codecs my main computer prefers avc1 or vp9 on video formats.

Describe the solution you'd like
Slotting 30fps between resolution options is how I've seen it done. Codecs were an optional feature if you wanted manual control. Both features could be improved in Settings from my experienced fork. 30fps on 60fps videos could be enabled/disabled and codecs can get automatic preference to remove choosing it for every single video

Describe alternatives you've considered
These features originate from Stefan Dukat's fork of Open Video Downloader. The fps feature disappeared months ago while the team has gone silent for longer, leaving a future fix unlikely.

Additional context
Said above fork had its folder button allowed changing download location in one press without entering a menu. Has utility on how different people format their video preservation. Also another option alternative to default.

Codecs were an optional feature if you wanted manual control.

Right now I'm working on adding codec selection, it will likely land in the next release.

For the 30fps, if youtube doesn't offer a 30fps stream, OVD won't be able to download it. That means you will have to re-encode or remux it to 30fps yourself as OVD doesn't support this as of today.

It's a good idea to make recent locations available with just one click, instead of via 2 clicks with a page. I'll see if I can add a dropdown menu to it.

I'm not entirely sure when I'll get to these improvements, but they're all great quality of life features.
