Python package fails to build on Python 3.14

When trying to build a python wheel of mrml (or just install the wheel from pypi) with Python 3.14 (Arch Linux), the build process fails with:

This is caused by an outdated version of pyo3, that is version pinned in Cargo.toml. I could fix the issue by bumping the version of pyo3 locally. I submitted a PR containing the fix: #596
