`django-embed-video` development blocked by unavailable Python 3.7 runners

Greetings! @jezdez approved a PR (jazzband/django-embed-video#215 (review)) a while ago that removes some unfixable failing tests. Development on https://github.com/jazzband/django-embed-video cannot proceed without that being merged. It seems that currently @jezdez is the only one who can merge this (jazzband/django-embed-video#214 (comment))?

Also apologies I accidentally re-requested review (jazzband/django-embed-video#215 (comment)) but it was indeed approved before.

I can work on the django-embed-video as maintainer if you are lacking some. I have been using the extension now for quite few years now.

Oh, I see. The problem is that branch protection requires specific check names. Theoretically you could spoof them with some no-op. @jemmix I recommend that you first implement this, then ask @jezdez to change branch protection to require that job instead of the old job names.
