Tagging a new release #209

Seems like you already wanted to make a new release soon, in #196, so it'd be nice if that release would come around soon - the latest release only support the old and very insecure webkitgtk2 instead of webkit2gtk. Void Linux is currently in the progress of removing webkitgtk2, so it'd be nice if there was a release of birdie which could build against webkit2gtk.
