Star Fountain Stars do not alternate if a player disconnects

Nromally when a player loses all their lives, star fountain stars alternate GOing left and right. If a player disconnects however, star fountain stars only GO in one direction

I've found the cause for this.

In BigStarSystem, the check that'd alternate the star drop mistakingly checks for lives only and not mario->IsValid(f)
