Make service-manager compatible with ilp-kit again #24
Description
Follow up to interledger-deprecated/ilp-kit#288 which makes ilp-kit use v7.0.0 of this module because of incompatibilities. We should find a way to make this module compatible with ilp-kit again. (this problem might actually go away by itself after ilp-kit v2.0 update?)
