Change the grants page list to match the one from transactions list

Context

Observe how the Transaction list works, on larger display, the list has more details displayed and on mobile, only some details remain. Also the date is the first column with the day as a grouping header and the hour part of the row details:

We would like to have similar style list in the Grants list. Grants can be added there by shoping at Test Boutique or using Interledger Pay for a transaction. (NOTE: The links provided are for 'production' not for local testing. Follow the README instructions to be able to make them work for your local environment).

I’ve reviewed the issue regarding updating the Grants page list to match the style of the Transactions list, including bringing the Date to the first column and grouping by day with the hour in the row details. I’d be happy to work on implementing these changes.

I noticed this issue (#2018) has been assigned but hasn’t had activity in a while.
