getting below error in the error.log for nginx, could you help, how to rectify it .

[error] ADF_UIO_PROXY: icp_adf_userProcessToStart: Failed to start SHIM
Error userStarMultiProcess(-1), switch to SW if permitted
g_process.qz_init_status = QZ_NO_HW

i am using

qatmgr 24.09.0
OpenSSL 3.0.13 30

Hi @hitesh770 ,

Need to confirm your QAT is available in the hardware, please check lsmod | grep qat, please install the QAT driver correctly, and change [SSL] to [SHIM] in the /etc/.., make sure you have the DC service enabled,

Still, if you face the issue, please provide more information like configuration, Processor version, etc
