[Feature Request]: Health Check for multisite

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I don't think the Health Check has any sections for Multisite. It is not displayed on the network admin at all.

Describe the desired solution

Would be great to have something like Health Check or a system report in general for all things multisite.

Like Upload limits (which is new in multisite), used constants, etc.
