Document influxd-ctl backup changes #6713
Description
Need to document the new flags for enterprise 1.x influxd-ctl backup:
gzipCompressionLevel: level of compression to be used
cpuprofile: write backup execution to profile
bufsize: change the buffer size while writing gzip files
gzipBlockCount: change the blocks processed concurrently while performing compression
gzipBlockSize: change the size of blocks written during compression
Include information about performance characteristics when adjusting gzipCompressionLevel
