Different pages and posts files for one language?

Is posible to have the localized strings for pages and posts in a separate .yml files? Something like this:

|  |-my_second_post.html
|
|-translations
   |-my_first_post.en.yml
   |-my_first_post.es.yml
   |-my_second_post.en.yml
   |-my_second_post.es.yml
