[Bug]: Post 0.10.6.2 installer 7zip decompression really slow

Have you tested that this is not an upstream issue or an issue with your configuration?

• I have tried reproducing this issue in Chrome and it could not be reproduced there
• I have tried reproducing this issue in ungoogled-chromium and it could not be reproduced there
• I have tried reproducing this issue in Helium with a new and empty profile using --user-data-dir command line argument and it could not be reproduced there

Description

When installing, the step where the files get decompressed from a 7zip, takes a very long time.

How to Reproduce?

1. Launch installer
2. Wait for the decompression step

Actual behavior

Very slow decompressing, possibly using only 2 cores.

Expected behavior

Faster decompression (least complex compression method), possibly using all cores.
