Compile for Windows

Can we create a compiler for Windows or just Linux? And after generating the program, can it generate a helloWorld.exe?

I have no objection to Windows support. The compiler was developed on OpenBSD, so it should work on any Unix system. I'm not sure what (if anything) is needed for Windows support but I will happily accept any PRs that add Windows support.
