In the servo mixer, click to add a servo.
Select which RC channel you want it on.

If you wanted to get fancy and have the motor stow automatically when the throttle is off for a few seconds and come out automatically when throttle is increased, you could experiment with that in the Programming tab. That would be about 100x more complex than just clicking the button to add a servo.
