Heads up: Hyprlock is being migrated to hyprtoolkit #921

@PointerDilemma

Hello peoples!

we decided to port hyprlock to https://github.com/hyprwm/hyprtoolkit.
The base functionality required for that has been added in hyprwm/hyprtoolkit#5.

It will take a bit to get everything ported, but I expect to get it done this year.

Please note that because of that new features and all the complicated bugs that hyprlock seems to trigger on some setups are not my priority. Especially bug fixes are still welcome though.

We are hopefully that the move will also fix a bunch of graphics related bugs.
