Persian (Farsi) translation of the course

I would like to contribute a full Persian (Farsi) translation of this course.

My plan is to:

• Translate the notebooks/content faithfully
• Preserve all technical terminology (with English terms where appropriate)
• Keep code cells unchanged
• Follow the existing structure and style of the course

Before starting, I wanted to ask:

• Is a Persian translation welcome?
• Do you have preferences for structure.
• Are there guidelines for translations (terminology, formatting, language tags)?
• Any other tips would be appreciated
