Swap tab enhancements

• add swap status tracking for Allbridge provider
• add info buttons to status and fee fields in swap info
• handle swap amount overflow in swap history
• handle zero amounts from track API
• handle single chain swap steps in swap status info
• UI fixes (swap input/icon paddings, header bottom padding, show swap button above keyboard)
