Assist satellite docs put message and preannounce in wrong section

The assist_satellite.announce docs example is invalid. It places message and preannounce under target, but Home Assistant service validation only accepts entity_id there. Those fields must be under data. The example currently causes validation errors like extra keys not allowed @ data['sequence'][0]['target']['preannounce'].
