Define MustSupport

Hi there - This IG does not currently define the meaning of MustSupport.

The Core IG does define MustSupport.

• Can implementers assume the same definition for this Medication IG?
• Can we make this definition or reference explicit in the Medication IG?

In contrast, Vaccination defines MustSupport within its own IG (https://www.ehealth.fgov.be/standards/fhir/vaccination/guidance.html) while AllergyIntolerance does not (https://www.ehealth.fgov.be/standards/fhir/allergy/guidance.html).

R4 defines MustSupport as 'Labeling an element MustSupport means that implementations that produce or consume resources SHALL provide "support" for the element in some meaningful way.' This vagueness behooves us to define MustSupport in our IG here.
