Action tracker loses actions set when the app is reloaded
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Action adding area'
2. Click on the 'Add action button'
3. Fill Action data
4. Save the data
5. Refresh the app
6. The added data is no longer available
