I just increased Ubuntu Version + PHP Version -> #1471

game-panel-pelican still works as expected

install-and-configure-openvpn-on-ubuntu-and-debian Not sure if it works with the current versions. I won't be updating it, as there are now many new ways to set up a VPN server that are much easier. Feel free to delete it. :)
