[Feature]: API to pause/resume monitoring of a server

I'd like to be able to call via curl to pause/resume monitoring of a specific server via its name.

API key generated in Settings plus documentation.

You can do this with the current API.

1. Authenticate as a regular user or use an impersonation token.
2. Use a filter (name = "example") to find the system and get the ID.
3. Set the system's status field to "paused".

I've only used the API with the JS SDK, which is very easy, and don't have time right now to test with curl, but it can definitely be done.
