The Idea: Right now, users have to manually convert their datasets into Tensors. We could implement native hook adapters for MONAI (Medical Open Network for AI) or nibabel so they can pass massive clinical dataloaders directly to fastrad.
Why it's cool: It turns fastrad into a plug-and-play component for existing medical AI pipelines.
