County and other coverages are not showing on the map

When we click the item that has 'county', 'census track', 'census block group and 'city' as coverage in https://search.sdohplace.org, we get an error like:

And nothing shows up on the map. Probably due to an issue with the file or the layer loading sequence? @mradamcox
