Parse emails in influx for FD and determine who is on PTO when

It would be nice to take any email notifications of PTO and add them to the once a day notification in the main chat flow.

May be wise to have him look for a particular tag on an email. We can email things into flowdock using +pto for example.

Worth mentioning—for Elemica, emails go into Flowdock with a tag (+announce), but not all of those emails are PTO. That is because they're funneled in via mailing list, and we don't know whether those are necessarily PTO-related.
