Epic 3: content files and initial dataset creation

Overview

This is the parent issue gathering together all the first programming tasks we gave to Sandy and Jason to create content files and initial datasets from the website repo for downstream testing tasks.

Action Items

• Create script for adding labels to repos (Sandy)
• Create script for getting a list of issues and number of comments by contributor whitelist (Jason)
• Create Script for pulling all comments in a repo made by users on a whitelist (Jason)
• unit tests by sandy
• unit tests by Jason
• Run Sandy script against tests
• Run Jasons script against tests
