pytz out of sync with sfm-utils #1133
Description
sfm-utils had to be upgraded to version 2022 in order to support twarc2. But uiconsumer is still using pytz2019. Check if upgrade is possible with the existing Django version -- if not, perhaps the upgrade to Django 3 will help.
