Regional Settings Issues

Hi, I am programmer at Logifarma company, Portugal.

I am using GS1DigitalLinkToolkit since a few years, but I am facing a problem.

Sometimes the (714) is not found, because other exists which is (712).
It ignores the ‘714’ segment, which is concerning Portugal. Can I configure for this not happening and return
(714) 5444948 instead of (712) 67810587145444948. I know I can fix that with some few lines of code, but I would rather configure. Is that possible?
