ECONNREFUSED when running generate command

Hello. I have a question that was initiated in old Faust.js project that may need you attention:

wpengine/faustjs#1216

Basically the user tries to run the generate command to create types for GQty but it fails with: ECONNREFUSED

@faustjs/atlas-blueprint-blog@0.1.0 generate
gqty generate

Using "http://localhost:10004/graphql" to generate schema...
[Error: connect ECONNREFUSED ::1:10004] {

}

However the endpoint is enabled and can accept connections. Not sure why this is happening. Maybe you can shed some light.
