Switch to prettier for formatting

According to eslint, as of version 11 they are removing all styling rules and suggesting people switch to other solutions like prettier

We already use prettier, so we'll need to move some rules from eslint to their closest equivalents in prettier. But I don't know what rules count as "style" so we'll have to see which of the ones we're using actually got removed.

My understanding it's anything related formatting. There's an older post where they announced deprecation:
