Migrate `gosling-widget` to an anywidget and include in repo

Just a matter of priorities. We have a separate repo/package from the Gosling Jupyter Widget because the build complexity was quite a bit. However, anywidget should make it feasible to move the widget to this repo and keep things together. This is what altair does now.
