Compensation: $8/hour + uncapped commission  
Schedule: Full-time Mon-Sat, MDT shift required  
Minimum experience: 5+ years direct sales (must have closed deals)

Overview
We’re recruiting an experienced sales professional to own client acquisition and revenue growth for targeted markets. This role emphasizes independence, high activity, and measurable results — ideal for sellers who excel at closing and building pipelines.

What we need from you

• Have a direct and hands-on sales experience with documented wins  
• Strong closing and negotiation skills; comfortable with rejection and high call volume  
• Proven ability to manage complex or mid-length sales cycles  
• Self-starter mindset and disciplined remote work habits  
• Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic sales reporting  
• Must be available to work full time Mountain Daylight hours

What you’ll do

• Source and qualify prospects using multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)  
• Run discovery calls and deliver persuasive product/service pitches  
• Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and close transactions  
• Manage sales pipeline and forecasts; update CRM daily  
• Hit monthly revenue and conversion KPIs; participate in commission plan  
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to improve win rates
• Consumer goods and B2C selling

Big plus if you have

• Experience in both B2C & B2B  
• Prior success on commission-heavy compensation
