Google Sans khmer lang render tofu on iOS

Issue: render tofu on vowel

Describe the bug

the issue is we have ោ which is a vowel that contain េ + ា
when written in word for example ន+ ោ it should be េ + ន + ា = នោ
but in ios when write ន+ ោ it only display tofu box where the េ like tofu+ន+ា

same goes to ៅ

To Reproduce

-install font on react native project
-write a word with khmer letter + ោ or ៅ

Expected behavior

Additional context

it work fine on web and android but not on ios both simulator and physical device.
