Getting it to work with android emulator

I'm not a specialist on this but the explanation on how to get bumble to run with a android emulator is somewhat too limited for me:
I start the emulator this way:
./emulator -avd Pixel_2_API_33 -netdelay none -netspeed full

and I see this:

I then start my bumble this way:
python run_gatt_server.py device1.json android-netsim:localhost:8560

but immediately get this issue:

Which version of the emulator are you using?

You can avoid this error by adding -grpc 8877 to your emulator start command:
./emulator -avd Pixel_2_API_33 -netdelay none -netspeed full -grpc 8877

This will open GRPC server at port 8877:
