Causal Impact is using a function which is no longer present in Pandas versions > 2.0.3
It is causing the following error: AttributeError: module 'pandas.core.dtypes.common' has no attribute 'is_datetime_or_timedelta_dtype'
Since there is no issue tracking for the python port I post it here.
