Error message

Hi.
Integration added via the manual method.
Trying to add the integration gives {"message":"Invalid handler specified"}

Reinstalled via HACS integration and it works.
However the integration does not seem to accept ON or OFF commands via "climate".
I use scenes to achieve this.
Any ideas?
