4.6.2 RC2 announcement didn't get bumped to featured

The screenshot should be self-explanatory. I almost missed the update when checking the main page because I'd expect the latest release to be where 4.5.2 currently is, not below where you have to scroll down.

That's intentional. Testing builds are not included in the "Latest news" header because we publish a lot of them and they replace important news too fast otherwise.

That's why there's a split with "Latest releases" now.
