Issue description:

Editor settings which begin dotnet/ are missing from EditorSettings.xml. This includes:

  • dotnet/editor/external_editor
  • dotnet/editor/custom_exec_path
  • dotnet/editor/custom_exec_path_args
  • dotnet/build/verbosity_level
  • dotnet/build/no_console_logging
  • dotnet/build/create_binary_log
  • dotnet/build/problems_layout
