Describe the bug

The password reset intent is not offered on the token edit dialog. Consequently, it is not possible to modify a password reset token, i.e. to extend its expiry:

How to reproduce

1. Create a password recovery link
2. Locate password recovery token in "Directory" → "Tokens and App passwords"
3. Edit the token, e.g. disabling expiry
4. Attempt to update/save the token

Expected behavior

I'd hope to be able to edit the token just like any other token, i.e. I need the password reset intent to be selectable.
