no logs in 1.0.0

I'm migrating from 0.24.6 to 1.0.0

my config.yml related to logs is:

log:
  path: /opt/vikunjia-logs/
  enabled: true
  standard: "file"
  level: "DEBUG"
  format: "text"
  database: "file"
  databaselevel: "ERROR"
  http: "file"
  echo: "file"
  events: "file"
  eventslevel: "DEBUG"

However in 1.0.0 I can see only standard.log
