Is there a way to automate the use of SingleFile while having uBlock Origin loaded?

I have been trying but have run out of ideas. I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Ctrl-Alt-s can't be triggered in Firefox (linux) headless to get SingleFile to save a page from selenium-python.

SingleFile-cli doesn't support FireFox, and Chromium no longer supports manifest V2 uBlock Origin.

I've tried with brave-browser (linux) but was not satisfied with it.

Is there some simple way? It works if I manually press the SingleFile extension button in firefox, but I need to automate it with headless.
