Stat sheet not displaying

I download x TBC CharacterStatSheet TBC
reloaded
stat sheet looks like this

nothing there. i relaunch the game
still looks the same.
install CharacterStatSheet Classic thinking it might need that version to work
still looks the same.

I have click and shift/altctrl left and right clicked everywhere in my character screen and I con not get anything to pop up.
