Last option not visible in minimal appearance select with many choices #7310

Problem description

When a select question uses the minimal appearance, its choices are shown in a full-screen dialog. With a long choice list, the last item is cut off - it's not visible and can't be selected.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Open the attached form: select_one_minimal.xlsx
2. Click Select answer to display the list of choices.
3. Scroll down to see the last item.
