ship not releasing anymore

Hi,
I just tried making a release on github, and it didn't push it to the SVN repo. In addition, when I manually did a release, it gave me a blank screen (white screen of death?) and didn't seem to do anything.

I'm also not seeing a push :(

I started using https://github.com/GaryJones/wordpress-plugin-git-flow-svn-deploy - works great.
